The CQL Auto Expulsion Valve can be retrofit or used with new fabrication tooling for easy installation in new sockets. The built-in auto expulsion quietly expels air all day with no fuss. The CQL features a higher “crack” pressure than most valves, which helps to create a higher level of hypobaric suspension.

Designed to work with liners with a seal band, the HandsFree Valve offers auto expulsion and a manual twist option that increases airflow for donning and doffing. No need to hold the release button for manual operation, simply twist open. This valve is great for suction sockets and was designed with a higher “crack” pressure (2 lbs) compared to other valves on the market. This helps create a higher level of “suction”.

Valves are designed with a higher “crack” pressure (2 lbs) compared to other valves on the market (1/2 lb). This helps create a higher level of “suction”. All valves are checked prior to shipping to ensure they are working correctly.

After drilling a pilot hole, drill a 1/2” valve body hole.
Run small bead of Coyote Quick Adhesive.
Carefully place the valve base in drilled hole. Hold base firmly in place
