Connectors for Locks and other Components

CD103AF: Alignable Four Connector
The Alignable Connector can be used with all of our distal locks (Air-Lock, Small Air-Lock, Suction Lock, EOVC) and the Integrator® Socket Adaptor. The design of the connector allows the lock to be glued into the middle of the connector with the desired amount of offset and angle. This allows the prosthetic (foot) alignment to be completely separate from the lock alignment helping to maintain easy lock engagement while requiring only one lamination.  It also eliminates the need for expensive offset components.  Save money by saving time.   Up to .6” of offset. 265lb. weight limit. 35 grams.
Pediatric version available for Grommet Lock and Small Air-Lock.

Using the Alignable Connector and one of the inserts below, a test socket can be created quickly. The Alignment Coupler (see below for more information) is used to offset the foot, and determine prosthetic alignment during fitting.

The lock alignment and offset of the foot is then transferred into the definitive socket. A single lamination is done. No offset components are needed creating a safe, lightweight and inexpensive setup.

CD103MDI: Multi Direction Insert for Alignable Connector
Allows the Alignable Connector to key directly onto the bottom of a Coyote® lock mechanism. It can be positioned on the center of the lock or offset in two planes. This speeds up test socket fabrication, and can also be used in definitive sockets. .33 inches of offset.  10 grams.

CD103SDI: Single Direction Insert for Alignable Connector
Allows the Alignable Connector to key directly onto the bottom of a coyote lock mechanism. It can be positioned on the center of the lock or offset in one plane. This speeds up test socket fabrication, and can also be used in definitive sockets. .33 inches of offset. 15grams.

Alignable Connector is shown here with the insert options on the bottom of a lock

CD106: Alignment Coupler
The Alignment Coupler is used for dynamic alignment during test socket fitting. Connects to standard four hole and can offset the prosthetic alignment (foot) from the bottom of the socket.  Not for use in definitive sockets. Extra strength aluminum helps reduce warping. 3mm screws used for adjustment. Up to 265 lbs.
Up to .62” in offset.

CD103PAF: Pediatric Alignable Connector
Pediatric version of the Alignable Connector. Can be offset from the bottom of the lock and fabricated into the laminated socket. Used in definitive sockets when customer is needing to offset the alignment. .25” of offset. 100lb weight limit. 16 grams.

CD103PFF: Pediatric Fast Four Connector
Pediatric Fast Four is keyed directly on the bottom of a Coyote lock mechanism. This speeds up test socket fabrication, and can also be used in definitive sockets. 100lb. weight limit. 29 grams.

CD103FFLP: Low Profile Fast Four Connector
A thinner version of our Fast Four Connector for tight build heights and smaller limb shapes. Ideal for use with our distal pins or Integrator®. The Low Profile Connector saves .18” of build height versus the Alignable Connector. 265 lb. weight limit.  26 grams.

CD115CF5: Five Degree Connector
This connector offers a large amount of offset, and a built in 5 degree angle. Ideal for setting up a lock for an AK socket. Specifically designed to work with our soon to be released Lanyard Lock, but also works with our other distal pins. 1” of offset from center of four holes. 265lb. weight limit.  59 grams.

CD106E: 1/8” Spacer Plate?CD106Q: 1/4” Spacer Plate
Easily make small height adjustments using these 1/8” or 1/4” aluminum spacer plates. Easily mounts between socket and pyramid. Do not use more than one spacer plate at a time
